We have our own modern factory in Gdansk area in Poland. The manufacturing plant is EN; ISO 9001:2015 and EN; ISO 14001:2015 and EN; ISO 45001:2018 certified as well as NATO certified.
A fully integrated manufacturing strategy encompasses every aspect of the production line from design through production and testing to shipping. Continuing investment in automation has resulted in production line with 100% part testing and checking with built-in statistical process control.

Our production unit includes complete line for surface mount technology with fast operating SMT robots, IR ovens and automatic screen printers for pasting and gluing.
For hole mounted components we use advanced 2 wave reflow soldering line and high capacity manual operating assembly lines with certified operators for advanced soldering. All staff are certified in soldering and ESD handling.
TQM-Total Quality Management ISO 9001. Total quality Management is a process of permanent improvement in all departments. Personnel are certified in TQM. Control and tests for each product are precisely carried out and computer verified.

Own sheet metal workshop in Sweden
In Sweden we have our own sheet metal workshop, with sheet metal processing to make steel boxes, module boxes, recessed floor mounting boxes, document boxes, weather housings for CCTV and access readers and other types of steel products for the security industry.
We also manufacture products for customers in many different segments, e.g. data communication, security products, braille printers, lighting, restaurant and construction industry.
With our own metal sheet workshop, we gain control over the entire chain from component to finished product. This allows us to be more flexible and quickly adapt new products to the market.
We have staff with extensive experience in steel production as well as suitable machines with punching robots, welding and soldering machines. We use only the highest quality steel in all our production to provide safe and reliable products.
