DC/DC Converter 24V to 48V 3A
3098 is a DC/DC converter for 24V to 48V 3A and is a universal module that can be connected to a power supply with battery backup
This module is suitable for powering 48V PoE switches with up to 8 ports for eg. access systems and IP cameras. By connecting a PoE switch to a power supply with battery backup you can operate IP cameras with recording using the batteries even if the mains power is lost. Connecting the DC/DC converter to a PoE switch to power the IP cameras also means that there is no need for the power adapter that normally supplies power to the IP cameras. This provides a much safer solution than before due to the extra battery backup.
